[1]In relation to the claimant’s complaint that there had been an invasion of his human rights and privacy in breach of Article 8 (Sch 1) of the Human Rights Act 1998, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to determine this claim. This claim is therefore dismissed.[2]In relation to the claimant’s complaint that there had been a breach of the health and safety legislation causing him personal injury, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to determine this claim.
