JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s complaint that she is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment is conceded and accordingly succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s complaint that she has not been paid her holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The parties having reached agreement as to the claim for unfair dismissal, it is dismissed, and the Respondent is ordered by consent to pay the total net sum of £4,000, comprising £1,575 in respect of the statutory redundancy pay (above) and the balance for loss of employment.[4]Payment of the agreed amount is to be made by no later than 18 March 2020. The Claimant will advise the Respondent of the correct bank account details into which the money is to be paid.[5]The Respondent will confirm the Claimant’s dates of employment on request by any future (prospective) employer.
