[1]By consent, the Claimant’s claims succeed, and the Respondent unlawfully deducted wages and holiday pay from the Claimant.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £6,968.88 (net) in respect of his claims for unlawful deduction from wages and unpaid holiday pay under the Working Time Regulations 1998 and the sums are calculated as follows: Unauthorised deduction from wages: i. April 2021 - £2,409.89 ii. May 2021 - £2,409.89 iii. June 2021 - £1,641.41 a. £6,461.19 Holiday Pay: 3.3 days x £153.85 = £507.69 CASE NUMBER: 2204778/2021[3]The Respondent is to account to HMRC for the tax and NI due on the gross sum as set out in the Claimant’s relevant wage slips.
