[1]The respondent has not responded to this claim, or to similar claims by co-workers, although proceedings were served at the registered office on 27 October 2021. This judgment is made under rule 21.[2]The claimant was employed by the respondent from 9 September 2019 at a wage of £311.25 per week.[3]On 8 April 2020 her employment terminated.[4]She was entitled to one month’s notice of termination by virtue of the contract.[5]The claimant has not been paid for the notice period.[6]The claimant is entitled by contract to one month’s pay in lieu of notice, £1,348.75 gross.
