JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent having failed to enter a response, judgment by default is hereby entered against the Respondent[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1208.50 being one months gross salary within 14 days[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant holiday pay, if and when this has been quantified by the Tribunal.[4]If the Claimant wishes the Tribunal to quantify the holiday pay judgment she shall send a calculation and explanation in writing of the sums due to her; and this information shall be received by the Tribunal and copied to the Respondent on or before 27/1/2020, failing which the file will be closed and no further action will be taken.[5]The hearing on 4/3/2020 is cancelled.
