JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was a worker for the purposes of s230(3)(b) Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the Claimant the full amount of wages due for January and February 2022 and in lieu of 3 days’ accrued but untaken holiday on termination of employment and is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,294.30 being the total gross sum deducted. The Claimant may be liable to tax on this sum.[3]Time for application to reconsider this judgment on the basis of any error in calculation done by the Tribunal is extended to 21 days from the date this document is sent to the parties.
