JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £658.75.[2]The complaint of non-payment of holiday pay is well founded. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £110.60.[3]The Tribunal finds that contrary to section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 there was a failure to provide written particulars of employment. The Claimant is entitled to an additional award of 2 weeks’ pay, amounting to £626.88.[4]The total sum payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is £1,396.23
