[1]The date of dismissal was 5 April 2022 for the purposes of the claimant’s disability discrimination claim. The claims are therefore outside the time limit imposed by section 123 (1) (a) Equality Act 2010.[2]The Tribunal exercises its discretion to extend time on the just and equitable basis under section 123 (1) (b) Equality Act 2010 and has jurisdiction to consider the claims brought by the claimant.[3]The Tribunal gave oral reasons for this Judgment.
