REASONS
[1]On 23 November 2022 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant asking for his comments by 29 November 2022 on the Respondent’s application to strike out the claim. No reply was received from the Claimant. The Tribunal wrote to the Claimant again on 8 December stating that Employment Judge Glennie was considering striking out the claim on the grounds that it was not being actively pursued. The Claimant was asked to provide any representations as to why this should not be done, or to request a hearing, by 15 December 2022. Again no reply was received.[2]The claim is therefore struck out under rule 37(1)(d) of the Rules of Procedure on the grounds that it has not been actively pursued.
