JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against the first respondent and the second respondent are dismissed as these respondents were not the claimant’s employer.[2]The third respondent failed to enter a response within the time limit and withdrew its application for an extension of time. Therefore, in default of a response, the claimant’s claims against the third respondent for unfair dismissal and money claims succeed.[3]A remedy hearing will be held on 21 June 2023. The third respondent will be permitted to take part in the remedy hearing.
