[1]No response to the claim has been presented. Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013, the claimant’s complaints of unlawful deduction from wages and accrued holiday pay succeed.[2]An award of £19,493.08 (gross) is made, payable by the respondent to the claimant, which comprises:a. £14,550 (gross) unpaid wages from 8 January – 30 June 2021; andb. £4,943.08 (gross) in respect of 42 days accrued but untaken holiday.[3]The hearing set for 7 October 2021 has therefore been therefore vacated and will not take place. 7 October 2021
