JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was not brought within the three month time limit in accordance with section 23(2) to (4) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to bring that complaint within the three month time limit and therefore the claimant's claim for unlawful deduction from wages is out of time and is dismissed.
