The Claimant is liable for any tax due on the payment.[3]The claim for holiday pay under the Working Time Regulations 198 is well-founded and the Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,923.07 (gross). The Claimant is liable to pay any tax due on the payment.[4]The hearing listed for 1st December 2022 will not take place. The parties do not need to attend.
