November 2018 BEFORE: Employment Judge A M Snelson On hearing Mr H Fraser, counsel, appearing through the Free Representation Unit on behalf of the Claimant, and Mr C Edwards, counsel, on behalf of the Respondents, it is adjudged that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded.(2) By consent, compensation for unfair dismissal is awarded in the sum of £18,595.55, comprising a basic award of £3,111.60 and a compensatory award of £15,483.95.(3) The recoupment provisions do not apply.
