[1]No response to the claim has been presented. Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013, the claimant’s complaints of unpaid notice pay and of unpaid holiday pay succeed.[2]An award of £950.46 (net) is made, payable by the respondent to the claimant. This comprises the outstanding unpaid balance of the claimant’s one month’s notice (£385.52 net) and 6.262 days’ unpaid accrued holiday (£564.94).[3]The hearing set for 8 September 2021 is therefore vacated and will not take place.
