JUDGMENT
In default of the Respondent presenting a response within the time limit, and having regard to rule 21 of Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, Employment Judge Spencer, has adjudged on the basis of the information before her that(i) The Respondent made unauthorized deductions from the Claimant's wages in the sum of £3,748.(ii) The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant for holiday accrued but not taken and is ordered to pay£1729.84.(iii) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a total of £5477.84. ,
