[1]The respondent’s name is amended to “O&B Security Ltd”.[2]In light of the fact that the claimant has less than two years’ continuous employment, the complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.[3]The application to add the Secretary of State for the Home Department in relation to this claim is refused.[4]The complaint against “St George (Berkeley Group)” of failing to provide water and hand sanitizers on site is struck out because the Employment Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear that complaint.[5]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions in respect of holiday pay succeeds.
