JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, EJ Burns has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[3]The respondent has unlawfully failed to pay claimant her full statutory redundacy payment.[4]The tribunal orders the respondent to pay to the claimant £1,632.00. If the claimant is able to successfully recover this payment from the redudancy paymentsd service, this will satisfy this judgment.[5]The hearing listed for 20 Septebmer 2022 will not take place. The parties do not need to attend.
