[1]The Claimant’s claim against the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Respondents for unfair dismissal, discrimination arising from a disability, indirect disability discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments and breach of contract under the above case number are dismissed on withdrawal conditional on the Claimant’s acceptance of the Respondents’ assurance that at all material times the 2nd Respondent was the Claimant’s employer and therefore would be liable for any compensation which the Tribunal may award.[2]For the avoidance of doubt these claims brought against the 2nd Respondent, Turner & Townsend Project Management Limited, continue to a full hearing on the basis that the Respondents accept that the 2nd Respondent was at all times the Claimant’s employer and therefore would be liable for any compensation awarded in respect of the above claims.
