JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for the difference in notice pay received and notice pay owing (£249.90 gross) is admitted by the Respondent and succeeds. The Respondent is accordingly ordered to pay the Claimant that amount, less deductions for tax and employee National Insurance.[2]The Claimant’s claims for holiday pay and unlawful deductions from wages were presented out of time. The Claimant has not shown why it was not reasonably practicable for him to present these claims in time and/or that they were presented within a reasonable period thereafter. Accordingly the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them and they are dismissed.
