JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1 and further information and document supplied by the claimant, Employment Judge E Burns has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing, pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay three months’ salary to the Claimant. It is is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £62,500 less any deductions required to be made for tax and national insurance for whicht eh Respodnent is required to account to HMRC.[4]The hearing on 5 June 2023 is cancelled and the parties should not attend.
