[1]I considered the Respondent’s application to strike out the claim and reserved my decision in relation to the part of the section 103A ERA claim relating to protected disclosures allegedly made to Mark Hunt, Tony Grace, Donna Thomason, Len Durage, Richard Bradley, Richard Williams, Rob Manuiari, Teresa Daley at the hearing on 13 August 2020, in order that further disclosure could take place.[2]By an email dated 1 October 2020 the Claimant’s solicitor withdrew this part of the claim. The full merits hearing listed commencing on 15 February 2021 is reduced to 4 days (i.e. 15, 16, 17 & 18 February 2021).
