JUDGMENT
All claims in the above-listed proceedings –(a) alleging victimisation and/or ‘whistle-blowing’ (including any claim of unfair dismissal under the Employment Rights Act 1996, s103A); and(b) alleging any tortious act based on the conduct and/or outcome of the investigation by Ms Boot in March to December 2009 into the Claimant’s internal grievance, are struck out as vexatious and/or having no reasonable prospect of success. ORDER The remaining claims are stayed until (a) payment in full by the Claimant to the Respondents of all sums (including interest) due under the costs order in case nos. 2222529/2009 and 2202228/2010, or (b) further Order of the Tribunal.
