[1]The Claimant was employed by the respondent between 28 August 2019 and 17 January 2020.[2]A default judgement in respect of the Claimant’s previous claims under case numbers 2202199/2020 and 2202200/2020 was issued by Employment Judge Nicolle on 21 July 2020.[3]Claim number 2203924/2020 issued on 4 July 2020 represents a duplication of case numbers 2202199/2020 and 2202200/2020. Further, the claim is, in any event out of time given that the Claimant’s employment ended on 17 January 2020 and the Claimant does not have the required two years’ continuity of employment to pursue a claim of unfair dismissal.
