JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1 supplied by the claimant, Employment Judge E Burns has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing, pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay wages to the Claimant in the sum of £7,987.18.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday pay in the sum of £1,346.15.[5]The Respondent has failed to pay the claimant in respect of notice in the sum of £6,923.08.[6]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £16,256.41 in total and to account to HMRC for any tax and NI due on this sum.[7]The hearing on 5 June 2023 has been cancelled. The parties should not attend.
