DEFAULT JUDGMENT UNDER RULE 21(1) The Claimants were employed by the Respondent in its restaurant. They have brought multiple duplicate claims as set out in the appendix.(2) Baretto Limited (the Respondent) has failed to file a defence (ET3) in any of the cases.(3) Having considered the claim forms and the additional information provided by the claimant, I have decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without hearing any evidence on the question of liability and that Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 can be made.(4) The claimants’ claims for unpaid wages, notice pay, holiday pay and redundancy payments succeed.
