The complaints of direct age discrimination and indirect age discrimination are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit in the total sum of of £600, as to £300 for direct age discrimination and £300 for indirect age discrimination, following a preliminary hearing held on 4 July 2023. The Order was sent to the claimant on 5 July 2023.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints of direct age discrimination and indirect age discrimination are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The remaining claims for proceed to a hearing commencing on 11 January 2024.
