JUDGMENT
On hearing Ms T-L Poole, counsel, on behalf of the Claimant and Mr M Green, counsel, on behalf of the Respondents, the Tribunal determines that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded.(2) The Claimant’s other claims, not having been pursued, are dismissed.(3) No reduction is to be applied to any compensatory award on Polkey grounds.(4) No reduction is to be applied to any basic or compensatory award on account of the Claimant’s conduct.(5) A hearing to determine all outstanding remedy issues shall be held by CVP at 10.00 a.m. on 2 March 2023, with one sitting day allowed.
