JUDGMENT

[1]The Claim for unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,077.44, gross.[2]The claim for holiday pay is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £425.46, gross.[3]The total of these sums is £2,502.90.

REASONS

[1]The Claimant set out her claim to me at this hearing conducted via CVP video link and verified it in the short evidence she gave on affirmation.[2]The calculation for unpaid wages is for 21 days at £134.64 per day, gross. This is £2,827.44. Credit is given for £750 that has been paid, which leaves £2,077.44. The holiday pay owed is 4.33 days at the daily rate (£582.99) against which the Claimant gives credit for 1.17 days (£157.53). This produces £425.46. Case Number: 2203773 /2020
