JUDGMENT
On hearing the Claimant in person (by CVP) and Ms S Mokeddem, director, on behalf of the Respondents (who have presented no response), the Tribunal determines that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well- founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof the sum of £32,887.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof damages of £12,308 (four weeks’ pay).
