JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of a failure to make reasonable adjustments at issue 11(c) of the list of issues was presented out of time and it was not just and equitable to extend time. The tribunal does not therefore have jurisdiction to hear that complaint and it is therefore dismissed. If the tribunal had had jurisdiction to hear that complaint, it would have failed.[2]The claimant’s remaining complaints (of unfair dismissal, direct disability discrimination, discrimination arising from disability and for a failure to make reasonable adjustments) all fail. 02 December 2022
