[1]By a letter dated 28 January 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations, by 7 February 2022, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:• the claimant had not complied with the tribunal’s orders• he had not actively pursued his claim[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done; indeed, no reply at all has been received by the tribunal from the claimant. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 23 and 24 February 2022 will not take place. 8 February 2022
