JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondents have failed to file an ET3 in this case. Having considered the ET1 supplied by the claimant, Employment Judge E Burns has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing, pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The claims against the Second and Third Respondents fail and are dismissed.[3]The First Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay:• wages to the Claimant in the sum of £5,000 gross• holiday pay in the sum of £807.69 gross• in respect of notice in the sum of £5,000 gross[4]The First Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £10,807.69 gross in total, less any decutions required for tax and national insurance contributions, save that the Respodent must and account to HMRC for any such tax and national insurance contributions.
