JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, REJ Wade has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitute and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below:[3]The respondent has unlawfully failed to pay the claimant wages owed to her.[4]The Tribunal orders the respondent to pay the claimant £3716.69 consisting of money owed for the following months:a. September 2020 (£180)b. November 2020 (£72)c. January 2021 (£160.74)d. February 2021 (£289.34)e. March 2021 (£18.63)f. June 2021 (£651.30)g. July 2021 (£673.01)h. August 2021 (£673.01)i. September 2021 (£651.30)j. October 2021 (£347.36) and to account to HMRC for the tax and national insurance due on this amount.[5]The Tribunal amends the claim to include the sums sought by the claimant since lodging the application in May 2021 (i.e. the June, July, August, September and October 2021 amounts).
