[1]By a letter dated 13 January 2026 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• you did not comply with an order of Employment Judge Gidney made on 14 October 2025 (ET Rule 38 (1)(c) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 ); and• the claim has not been actively pursued (ET Rule 38 (1)(d)).[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 20 February 2026 will not take place.
