JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £344.82, calculated as £114.94 (weekly pay) x 3.[2]The Claimant is entitled to be paid her statutory notice pay of £344.82 (subject to any applicable deductions for tax and/or National Insurance), calculated as £114.94 (weekly pay) x 4.[3]The Claimant is entitled to be paid her outstanding contractual holiday pay of 4 days at a daily rate of £57.89, making a total payable of £231.56 (subject to any applicable deductions for tax and/or National Insurance).[4]The Claimant has suffered loss and damage as a result of the Respondent having failed to pay her wages to her on time, in breach of contract, in June 2019. The Claimant is entitled to be compensated by the Respondent in the sum of £10 for bank charges incurred as a result of the late payment of wages.[5]The Respondent must therefore pay the Claimant the sum of £931.20 (less any applicable deductions for tax and/or National Insurance in respect of her notice pay and holiday pay).
