JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:(i) The Claimant’s claim that there has been a breach of her right not to be unjustifiably disciplined by reference to section 64 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is struck out on the basis that it has no reasonable prospect of success. Case No:2203461/2021(ii) The Claimant’s claim for disability discrimination is struck out for failure to comply with Tribunal orders and/or failure to actively pursue her case.(iii) The Claimant’s claim for race discrimination shall proceed to a full hearing.(iv) A case management order in relation to the race discrimination claim is enclosed with this Judgment
