JUDGMENT
On the claimant failing to participate in the hearing, having previously failed to participate in the preliminary hearing on 4 May 2021; and on the claimant having failed to comply with the order of EJ Palca dated 4 May 2020 one in relation to the provision of further information by 24 May 2021; and on the tribunal finding that the behaviour of the claimant is intentional and shows disrespect for the tribunal and its procedures; and on the claimant filing to provide any explanation at all, let alone any reasonable explanation, for this conduct; the decision of the tribunal is that:(1) All of the claimant’s claims are struck out because they are not being actively pursued (Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 Rule 37(1)(d)).(2) The hearing listed on 14, 15, 18, 19 and 20 October 2021 is vacated.
