JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has failed to file ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the claim form, EJ Andrew James has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing.[3]The Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is that the respondent has unlawfully failed to the following amounts to the claimant and the respondent is therefore ordered to pay to the claimants the following amounts less tax and NI as necessary. 3.1. The sum of £3,772.50 to Mr Pacheco. 3.2. The sum of £3,000 to Mr Froes. 3.3. The sum of £4,479 to Mr Virhuez.
