JUDGMENT
Rule 22 Employment Tribunal Rules 2024 No response to the claim has been presented. The Claimant has brought claims in respect of notice pay, unauthorised deductions from wages, holiday accrued but not taken on termination of employment, and for a statutory redundancy payment. Pursuant to Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2024, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]the Claimant’s claims succeed and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums following termination of the Claimant’s employment on 31 January 2025:(i) the gross sum of £9,450 in respect of statutory redundancy pay, being one week’s pay for a period of thirteen years and half a week’s pay for a period of one year;(ii) the gross sum of £10,384.61 being twelve weeks of unpaid notice pay;(iii) the gross sum of £3,750 in respect of unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages between 1 January 2025 and 31 January 2025; Case Number: 2203230/2025(iv) the gross sum of £5,711.54 in respect of 33 days’ holiday pay (at £173.08 per day) for holiday accrued but not taken on termination of employment.
