JUDGMENT
[1]The claim is struck out under rule 37 of the Rules of Procedure on the grounds that it has not actively been pursued and that the Claimant has not complied with the orders of the Tribunal.[2]The hearing listed on 16 and 17 February 2022 will be vacated and will not take place.REASONS
[1]The Tribunal sent case management orders to the parties on 5 July 2021. The Claimant has not complied with any of those orders.[2]The Respondents applied to strike out the claim by a letter dated 22 October 2021, in which they referred to the Claimant’s failure to comply with the Tribunal’s orders to date and failure to reply to the Respondents’ correspondence. On 26 October 2021 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant asking for any objections to the application by 2 November 2021. No reply from the Claimant has been received.[3]It is not now possible for a fair trial to take place on 16-17 February 2022.[4]The claim is therefore struck out. Case Number: 2203187/2021
