JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, EJ Adkin has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the hearing listed for 16 October will not take place and the parties should not attend.[3]The Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is that the Respondent unlawfully failed to pay wages to the Claimant. Compensation[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant wages of £2,207.18 (net of tax, national insurance).[5]The Respondent is ordered to account to HMRC for any tax due on the above sums.
