The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 13 October 2021, the claimant was given an opportunity to confirm that they are ready to proceed to hearing.[2]On 17 January 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it is not being actively pursued.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing to either of the above letters explaining why the claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing.[4]The claim is therefore struck out.
