JUDGMENT
[1]The claim against the second respondent, Notting Hill Genesis Community Foundation Ltd, is dismissed upon being withdrawn.[2]The claim for wrongful dismissal is dismissed upon being withdrawn.[3]The claim for unlawful deductions in relation to his final pay is dismissed upon being withdrawn.[4]The Claimant is to pay the costs thrown away by their unreasonable behaviour in bringing the amendment application late summarily assessed in the sum of £1,980 inclusive of VAT. Such sum to be paid within 14 days of this Order.[5]The Claimant is to pay the Respondent’s reasonable costs of dealing with the amendment, to be assessed at the conclusion of the final hearing if not agreed.
