On reading the documents on the Tribunal file; And the Respondents having failed to present a response to the claim; It is adjudged that:(1) The Respondents are correctly named as Colonnade (Operator) Ltd and the claim form and title of the proceedings are amended accordingly.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well- founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to her in respect thereof the sum of £2,732.06, calculated as follows: Wages for March and April 2019: £3,482.06 Less part-payment: £ 750.00 £2,732.06
