REASONS
The early conciliation certificate was obtained against Iconic Amaas Ltd which was the Claimant’s employer. The ET1 was originally issued against Pat Lowry who was CEO but he was not the employer. The ET1 was sent to the old trading address of Iconic Amaas Ltd, which filed for voluntary striking off in June 2020. The claim has not been defended. The claim was for pay in lieu of 7 days holiday gross of tax and national insurance contributions. I heard brief evidence from the Claimant in which he confirmed his claim and requested that the name of the Respondent be amended. J S Burns
