JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions from wages was presented out of time, but time is extended because: a) it was not reasonably practicable for her to present it in time and b) it was presented within a reasonable period thereafter, pursuant to section 111(2)(b) Employment Rights Act 1996.

[2]The claim is however struck out because it stands no reasonable prospect of success, pursuant to Rule 37(1)(a) Schedule 1 Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
