[1]The claim for unlawful deductions in respect of commission payments for Open University was sent to the Respondent on 24 July 2020 and the respondent was to respond if they wished to defend the claim by 21 August 2020.[2]The respondent has not replied, either to respond or to apply for an extension.[3]Accordingly, judgment is entered in default.
