[2]The Claimant failed to provide a response to the Tribunal’s letter dated 12 November asking whether the claim is being actively pursued and why the claim for unfair dismissal should not be struck out in light of the Respondent’s position that there is no dismissal when the contract was reinstated after an internal appeal.
