JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to pay to the claimant his salary for May 2022, in the amount of £1,269.23, and for his accrued but untaken holidays, in the amount of £2,200, and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £3,469.23, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without notice. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £4,583.33, being damages for the breach of contract[3]The respondent’s employer’s contract claim fails and is dismissed.
